Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

About the Role:
A B Traders Ltd seeks a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our business services team. This permanent opportunity involves working in sales, marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients
  • Identify and solicit potential clients
  • Assess client needs and resources
  • Develop reports and proposals
  • Deliver sales presentations
  • Represent companies that export and import products
  • Conduct sales transactions
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Use sales forecasting software
  • Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce
  • Estimate or quote prices
  • Provide input into product design
  • Consult with clients after sale
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations
  • Train customers' staff
  • Provide clients with presentations
  • Resolve product and service related problems
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
  • Advertise and/or promote products
  • Provide customer service
  • Supervise technical sales specialists
  • Estimate costs of installing equipment


Work Environment:
No supervision responsibility. Free parking available. Support for newcomers and refugees. Participates in a government program to support newcomers and refugees. Assists with settlement needs and social labour market integration. Supports foreign credential recognition.
