About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) as a Business Process Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective development and implementation of business processes that support the operation of the province's electricity grid.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing new processes to support the IESO's goals and objectives. This will involve working closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing current business processes and identifying areas for improvement;
  • Developing and implementing new business processes to support the IESO's goals and objectives;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions;
  • Ensuring that business processes are aligned with the IESO's strategic plan and goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in business process analysis and improvement, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable with change and ambiguity.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
