Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading complex labour relations mandates, requiring a strategic approach and excellent negotiation skills. As a key representative of Telecon, you will play a vital part in maintaining positive relationships with union representatives.

About the Job

Based in Quebec and Ontario, this position involves occasional travel to various Telecon sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial relations, law, or human resources management, with experience representing employers before administrative tribunals.

Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze data on labour relations issues to identify trends across the organization.
  • Negotiate and represent Telecon during grievance committees, specialized tribunals, and other bodies.
  • Liaise with Legal Services and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in industrial relations, law, or human resources management.
  • Experience representing employers before administrative tribunals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a win-win approach to addressing issues.
