About the JobBased in Quebec and Ontario, this position involves occasional travel to various Telecon sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial relations, law, or human resources management, with experience representing employers before administrative tribunals.
Responsibilities- Compile and analyze data on labour relations issues to identify trends across the organization.
- Negotiate and represent Telecon during grievance committees, specialized tribunals, and other bodies.
- Liaise with Legal Services and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

- A university degree in industrial relations, law, or human resources management.
- Experience representing employers before administrative tribunals.
