Responsibilities

  • Leadership Alignment
  • Foster strategic partnerships with academic and business leaders to develop and implement people and culture initiatives that align with our mission, values, and goals.
  • Lead change management initiatives and communications, ensuring a seamless transition for employees and stakeholders.
  • Talent Management
  • Collaborate with leaders to understand hiring needs, identify diverse talent, and develop strategies for recruitment and retention.
  • Foster a continuous learning environment, guiding leaders in developing top talent and providing resources for employee growth and development.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to faculty, employees, and leaders on HR-related matters and conflict resolution.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, leveraging data from surveys and exit interviews.
  • Culture and Inclusion
  • E nsure People practices support a diverse, inclusive, collaborative organizational culture and comply with regional and national labor laws and regulations.
  • Partner with leaders to design and implement initiatives promoting cultural transformation and alignment with core values.
  • Performance Management
  • Coach and advise leaders on best practices in performance management, enabling a high-performance and engaged workforce.
  • Oversee the implementation of performance management systems, providing continuous feedback for employee development.
