At McDonald's, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Lead to join our team. As a Food Service Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the food service operations in our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.



Job Summary

The Food Service Lead will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all food is prepared to our high standards. This includes estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.



Responsibilities



  2. Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation Staff

The Food Service Lead will supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all food is prepared to our high standards. This includes training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.



Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required

The Food Service Lead will estimate the ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our high standards.



Ensure Quality Control Standards

The Food Service Lead will ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.



Address Customer Complaints

The Food Service Lead will address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.



Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:





  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

  • Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills



Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $25,000 to $35,000 per year, depending on experience.



Location

This role is located in a restaurant setting, with a 30-hour workweek.



Working Conditions

As a Food Service Lead, you will be working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, which can be noisy, hot, and outdoors at times. You will need to be able to work in a team environment and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
