We are seeking a seasoned Food Service Supervisor to lead our team at MEHFIL BAR AND GRILL. This role requires a highly motivated individual with exceptional leadership skills and experience in food service management.
Job OverviewIn this position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our food service department, ensuring seamless execution of menus, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving sales growth. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing efficient service strategies to meet business objectives;
- Supervising and training staff members on food preparation, presentation, and customer service;
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, and labor costs;
- Preparing reports and analyzing data to inform business decisions;
You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food delivery, maintain inventory levels, and manage cash handling procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
