Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at RAJDHANI SWEETS & RESTAURANT.

As a Food Service Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for cooking and leadership skills to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Kitchen Staff: Supervise and train kitchen staff members to ensure they are following proper food preparation and handling procedures.
  • Maintain Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply ordering.
  • Cook Complete Meals: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Inspect Kitchens: Regularly inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Requisition Supplies: Order and manage supplies, including food, ingredients, and equipment, to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field
  • Skill Requirements: Safe Food Handling certificate, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods
