Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald’s. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members to achieve exceptional customer service and quality food production.
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Degree or equivalent education.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a competitive hourly rate, comprehensive training program, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
