As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with customers and carriers, preparing shipping documents, and processing sales orders and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and communicate with customers and carriers to ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving of goods.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and commercial invoices.
  • Process sales orders and accounting functions, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and collection.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Assist with office administration, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Help organize corporate events and activities.
  • Perform ad hoc projects and analysis as requested.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a small company experiencing growth.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly both orally and in writing.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
