We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Big Fresh. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

You will also be responsible for coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. Additionally, you will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role. You will be required to work 30 hours per week and have a strong understanding of English.
