We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Decent Painting & Decorating Ltd. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule appointments, and answer telephone and electronic enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule appointments and confirm bookings
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
