Job Title: Office Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Northern L.E.D Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office operations, supervising other workers, and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office operations, including arranging seminars, conferences, and meetings
  • Supervise and train other workers to ensure smooth office operations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls, and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
