We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Management Consultant to join our team at Parisella Vincelli Associates Consulting Group, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering measurable and sustainable operational and financial results to our clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to design and implement Management Operating Systems
  • Develop and execute work plans and schedules to meet client objectives
  • Collaborate with key client stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop evaluation and measurement methodologies
  • Identify and deliver additional revenue opportunities for clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Operational Consulting
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Project Manager in a team-based environment
  • Strong analytical and mathematical proficiencies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills and Capabilities:

  • Total proficiency in MS suites, including ability to develop presentation material
  • Experience providing one on one training and coaching at supervisory and mid-management levels
  • Certification in Continuous Improvement concepts such as Lean/Kaizen, Six Sigma, and TQM
  • Knowledge of JIT, MRP, SAP, CMMS, and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain and Inventory Management
