Role: Sales and Trading DirectorAs the Sales and Trading Director, your main goal will be to oversee our major accounts and expand our business clientele, focusing on metrics such as revenue enhancement, new client acquisitions, and overall customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to align this customer segment with the overarching objectives of Promote Project, ensuring our brand is represented positively in every interaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Formulate strategic initiatives that will propel growth, profitability, and competitive advantage for our business segment.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships as a trusted advisor throughout their engagement.
- Enhance our market entry strategies for small to medium-sized businesses and larger enterprises.
- Work collaboratively across departments to validate opportunities and deliver an exceptional experience to our business clients.
- Establish comprehensive analytics and feedback mechanisms to refine your initial strategies continuously.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in cryptocurrency sales or business development, or within traditional asset management, OTC sales, or brokerage settings.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding performance targets.
- Established connections with key clients, including hedge funds and family offices.
- Leadership experience with responsibility for profit and loss.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of building relationships and rapport with partners and prospective clients.
- Experience in recruiting, developing, and managing sales teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial services: Familiarity with operations, compliance, and regulations in the financial sector. Experience in a fintech or cryptocurrency startup is advantageous.
- Previous experience in an operational leadership role within a rapidly growing organization.
