Role Overview: Senior Product Manager, Risk

In the capacity of Senior Product Manager, Risk, you will spearhead the development and execution of our risk management product strategy. Your goal will be to facilitate the secure use of our offerings while minimizing unnecessary obstacles. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data analytics, marketing, compliance, and customer support, to create an exceptional product experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and implement risk management strategies to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks throughout the customer journey.
Own and drive the product strategy focused on risk decision-making.
Leverage data to discern risk trends, generate insights, and guide decision-making processes.
Establish performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of risk management strategies and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop products that resonate with customers.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception through launch and scaling.
Articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager specializing in B2C risk management within the fintech or financial services sector.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with risk management tools, software, and methodologies.
Proven track record of delivering impactful products.
Experience with innovative risk management technologies, including machine learning and AI applications in risk evaluation.
