Service Administration and Billing Coordinator

**Job Summary**
Belcan is seeking a highly skilled Service Administration and Billing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for the development of service administration and billing for both internal and external customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Accountable for the development of service administration and billing processes.
- Field and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Administration duties for the Service Department, including looking after truck, motor coach, industrial, marine, and generator-related service.
- Maintain customer relations as a top priority.
- Issuing and receiving of purchase orders for the Service Department.
- Opening and closing of work orders, scheduling of work for technicians.
- Timecard entry and warranty administration.
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of related experience in service administration, parts, supply chain, or product support operations in an office setting.
- Knowledge of Heavy Equipment, truck, coach, generators, and Marine industry is an asset.
- Proficient in computers with knowledge of ERP systems, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Parts department knowledge of Heavy Equipment, truck, coach, marine, industrial, or generator.
- Basic understanding of business principles, including WIP and sales tracking.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
