Job Title: Billing and Service Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Service Administration and Billing Specialist to join our team at Belcan. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of service administration and billing for both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain accurate and efficient service administration and billing processes
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Administer duties for the Service Department, including truck, motor coach, industrial, marine, and generator related service
* Maintain customer relations as a top priority
* Issue and receive purchase orders for the Service Department
* Open and close work orders, schedule work for technicians, and manage timecards
* Administer warranties

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in service administration, parts, supply chain, or product support operations in an office setting
* Knowledge of Heavy Equipment, truck, coach, generators, and Marine industry is an asset
* Proficient in computers with knowledge of ERP systems, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Parts department knowledge of Heavy Equipment, truck, coach, marine, industrial, or generator
* Basic understanding of business principles, including WIP and sales tracking
* Strong multi-tasking skills and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment
