Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management: Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient and productive office operations.
  2. Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, and monitor financial performance to implement cost-control measures.
  3. Human Resources Management: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees, administer payroll, employee benefits, and maintain personnel records.

Requirements:
