Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Alberta Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
  • Motivate and support staff members
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to employee inquiries and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 35 hours per week
Working Conditions:

The selected candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a permanent work term.
