About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Key Architect to lead our Industrial IT transformation journey. As a key player in this initiative, you will be responsible for driving architectural direction and solutions that support the business mission of providing world-class insurance solutions to clients.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide architectural guidance, while also driving the execution of transformation initiatives. Your expertise in solution architecture, leadership, and technical skills will be invaluable in shaping the future of our IT systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a clear roadmap for Industrial IT transformation.
  • Lead a team of architects in driving architectural direction and solutions.
  • Provide architectural guidance to stakeholders and drive the execution of transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in solution architecture and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft technologies and public cloud solutions like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of microservice architecture and standardized information models.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make informed architectural decisions.
  • Fluency in English.
