The Role

As a Braidwood Server Assistant, you will be part of our 24/7 operation, providing seamless dining experiences for guests throughout the day. Your duties will include ensuring tables are set according to standards, serving and clearing food and beverages, and supporting our servers in delivering exceptional service.

You will also be responsible for monitoring restaurant cleanliness, completing opening and closing side-work, and maintaining a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in food and beverage, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage products
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Excellent commitment to service and teamwork
  • Ability to obtain a Serving It Right certificate

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $18.00 - $19.00, reflecting the high standard of service we provide. As a valued member of our team, you can expect a fair salary that reflects your hard work and dedication.
