Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with team members on all purchase order requirements, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Accounts Payable questions and reviews, providing expert guidance and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist tenants with accounting inquiries and concerns, working closely with the property accounting team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the Accounts Receivable and collection process, applying expertise to optimize cash flow and minimize debt.
  • Pre-screen potential tenants and oversee security deposit accounts, maintaining meticulous records and adhering to company policies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports for the property management team, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage contracts, leases, and documentation, ensuring compliance and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Prioritize and respond to internal and external customer inquiries, providing proactive and solutions-focused support.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and technical skills, with the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
  • A proven track record of conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques, ensuring effective dispute resolution.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, reflecting the demands and responsibilities of this critical role in Edmonton's thriving property management sector.
