">Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with team members on all purchase order requirements, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Accounts Payable questions and reviews, providing expert guidance and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist tenants with accounting inquiries and concerns, working closely with the property accounting team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage the Accounts Receivable and collection process, applying expertise to optimize cash flow and minimize debt.
- Pre-screen potential tenants and oversee security deposit accounts, maintaining meticulous records and adhering to company policies.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports for the property management team, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage contracts, leases, and documentation, ensuring compliance and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
- Prioritize and respond to internal and external customer inquiries, providing proactive and solutions-focused support.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within property management or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organization, and technical skills, with the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
- A proven track record of conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques, ensuring effective dispute resolution.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, reflecting the demands and responsibilities of this critical role in Edmonton's thriving property management sector.
