Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Coordinator to join our team at Recruitment Partners Inc. in Edmonton.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong administrator to support our Property Management team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with team members on purchase order requirements and ensure seamless communication.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Accounts Payable questions and reviews, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist tenants with accounting questions and concerns, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and collection process, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Pre-screen potential tenants and oversee security deposit accounts, upholding high standards of professionalism.
  • Complete monthly reports for the property management team, providing valuable insights and analytics.
  • Manage contracts, leases, and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and technical skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to de-escalate conflicts and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
