Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team at ARdeco Design and Developments Corp. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, supervising staff, and overseeing various projects and programs. They will also be responsible for managing contracts, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Supervise staff and manage their workload
  • Plan and organize projects and programs
  • Manage contracts and budgeting
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in project management and coordination
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader
What We Offer

ARdeco Design and Developments Corp. offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and retirement savings plan.
