We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Friends Investments Limited. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About the Job

This is a permanent position, working 32-40 hours per week. As a Senior Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures, opening and distributing mail, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures: Provide support to staff members in resolving conflicts and addressing grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Office Administration: Ensure the efficient functioning of our office by managing daily tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to electronic inquiries, and compiling data.
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that our financial resources are utilized effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Benefits
