Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned credit risk professional to lead our consumer credit risk and lending functions. As Vice President, Credit Risk, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our credit risk strategy, managing our credit risk and loss mitigation strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our credit risk strategy to ensure sound lending practices and minimize risk exposure
  • Manage our credit risk and loss mitigation strategies to optimize portfolio performance and minimize losses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, underwriting, and credit analysis, to drive business growth and improve credit risk management
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in credit risk management and implement best practices to enhance our risk management capabilities
  • Provide thought leadership on strategic opportunities to grow and scale our business while balancing risk tolerance
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in consumer credit risk management, preferably in the fintech space
  • Strong knowledge of consumer credit risk management and loss mitigation, with a focus on developing and executing credit risk strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective risk management strategies
  • Commercial orientation with a strong understanding of consumer lending products and risk management practices
  • Entrepreneurial DNA, with the ability to build and scale a risk team and drive business growth
