Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at BreathIn' Therapy Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in supervising and training staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to customer service representatives to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service delivery and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.
