Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, leadership, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to improve their performance and skills
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service delivery.
