Regional Sales Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our team at Equation Staffing Solutions. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, as well as bringing in new business in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and selling services to insurance adjusters
  • Attending industry networking events, including golf tournaments and trade shows
  • Managing and growing existing accounts, as well as bringing in new business in your territory
  • Providing business solutions and recommendations to clients
  • Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that clients are well-informed
  • Reaching out to leads through cold calling
  • Coordinating with the operations team to define the scope of work for new clients
  • Submitting regular activity and results reports
  • Providing valuable feedback to management to positively influence company services and policies

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle to travel to work
  • Must complete a criminal background check
  • Previous sales experience in a service-based organization is required
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, and entrepreneurial, with a desire to exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Confident and capable in prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing
