Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
