About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at DESI MANDI. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our culinary department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the preparation and cooking of meals and dishes
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Requirements
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
