Job Title: Department Supervisor - Grocery Store
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Ltd. As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, establishing work schedules, organizing and maintaining inventory, and supervising office and volunteer staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
- Establish work schedules
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
Work Environment:
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
