We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Prestige Vernon Hotel.

Job Summary

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping services.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning duties.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.
  • Develop and implement budgets and payrolls for the housekeeping department.
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, and that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
