We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Prestige Vernon Hotel.

Job Summary

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This includes supervising a team of housekeeping staff, coordinating maintenance and repair services, and ensuring that safety standards and departmental policies are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping services.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning duties.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, including local health and sanitation regulations.
  • Prepare budgets and payrolls for the housekeeping department.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals of housekeeping staff.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Coordinate in-house laundry services and dry cleaning and valet services.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
