We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Prestige Vernon Hotel.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping services.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning duties.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets and payrolls for the housekeeping department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to address any guest complaints or concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with local health and sanitation regulations and ensure that our facilities meet all necessary standards.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
