Prestige Vernon Hotel Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Prestige Vernon Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement effective housekeeping procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning duties.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and maintained.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Large workload with multiple tasks and responsibilities.
