We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Prestige Vernon Hotel.

Job Summary

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This includes supervising a team of housekeeping staff, coordinating maintenance and repair services, and implementing infection control procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Implement operational procedures to prevent infection in special situations and outbreaks.
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies for the housekeeping department.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals of housekeeping staff.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met.
  • Prepare budgets and payrolls for the housekeeping department.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of work.
