Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Schell Motel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in our facilities.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance.
  • Coordinate inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times.
  • Supervise maintenance and repair services to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that we have everything we need to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Respond to complaints of guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 40 hours per week.
