Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Schell Motel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring that our housekeeping team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Safety and Security: Ensure that our guests and staff are safe and secure, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with our guests, staff, and other departments to ensure that our housekeeping operations run smoothly.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
