About the Role

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial services team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high levels of productivity.

A key aspect of this role is establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure alignment with company standards
  • Delegate work to office support staff, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a financial services environment
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
