At Sensible Insurance & Financial Services Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our staff and managing our office facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
• Manage our office facilities, including maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, ordering supplies, and coordinating repairs.
• Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Working Conditions:
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to work in a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
