Job Summary

Findoc Financial & Consulting Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and efficient use of resources.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely distribution.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring maximum availability and minimal disruption to the team.
  • Manage training and development strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Answer electronic enquiries, providing prompt and professional responses to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

  • Provide workspace accommodations, such as age-appropriate ergonomic considerations, to meet the physical needs of mature workers.
  • Offer resources to help mature workers plan their retirement, including financial planning and access to pension and benefits.
  • Support for Visible Minorities
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities, promoting inclusivity and respect.
