Glocal Recruiting and Consultancy Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Office Management
- Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Coordinate and manage office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Communication
- Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Project Management
- Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
