We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
About This RoleThis role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with a passion for building high-performing teams and driving business success. As an HR Manager at Shoplazza, you will:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring of top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of Shoplazza.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll processing and experience with HRIS systems.
You will be a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is required, and experience working in a multi-national environment is preferred.
