Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Coordinate daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, as needed.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work, and maintain operation of computer systems and equipment.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Work under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Dependability, efficiency, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
