Hotel Operations Manager

At Best Western Terrace Inn and Terrace Inn Liquor Store, we are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure that all hotel operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including check-in and check-out processes, room assignments, and guest services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve hotel operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control hotel expenses, including labor costs, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve hotel performance.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Environment:

The Hotel Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests, staff, and management. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
