Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at Akma Holdings Incorporated.
Job Summary:The Hotel Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Hotel Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including supervising staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the hotel meets its financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Hotel Manager in the overall management of the hotel, including supervising staff and ensuring the hotel meets its financial and operational goals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage operations.
- Supervise staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage staff, to ensure excellent guest service and high-quality products.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance and achieve goals.
- Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, and ensure the hotel meets its purchasing and inventory goals.
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the hotel meets its financial goals.
- Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities, including repairs and renovations, to ensure the hotel meets its maintenance and upkeep goals.
- Enforce policies and procedures, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement business plans to improve hotel operations and achieve financial goals.
- Establish work schedules and ensure staff are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel management role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
The Hotel Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the hotel meets its financial and operational goals.
