Hotel Operations Manager

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at Akma Holdings Incorporated.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of hotel staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for hotel materials and supplies.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the hotel operates within financial targets.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring the hotel's facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Develop and implement business plans to drive hotel growth and revenue.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel management.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
