About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Kentucky Fried Chicken. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand, while minimizing waste and reducing costs.

Quality Control

Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior culinary role, with a proven track record of success in menu planning, team leadership, and inventory management.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent culinary skills, with a strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of cooks and kitchen staff.

Certifications and Licenses

A valid food safety certification, with a strong understanding of local health and safety regulations.
