Support Services Coordinator

We are a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality industry leader seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support services and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our motel.
Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionIn this administrative role, you will be responsible for:
- Directing staff and ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their duties efficiently.
- Opening and distributing mail and other materials in a timely and organized manner.
- Planning and organizing daily operations to meet the needs of our guests and internal stakeholders.
- Establishing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences in a clear and concise manner.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with guests and internal stakeholders.
- Managing training and development strategies to improve employee skills and knowledge.
- Answering telephone calls and messages promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining digital databases to store important information and documents.
